The vendor-referral bonus is a slice of Pin to Pro's 10% platform fee. The agent-affiliate bonus is 10% of the referred agent's commission (the 90% they receive after our platform fee) - so it comes out of their payout, not ours.

The vendor-referral bonus comes out of Pin to Pro's platform fee and never increases a vendor's cost. The agent-affiliate bonus is deducted from the referred agent's commission during the 12-month earning window. Self-referrals and referrals to businesses under common ownership are not eligible. Pin to Pro may modify or end the referral programs at any time; bonuses already earned remain yours.
